The entire incorporated area of the City is declared to be and is hereby established as a Fire District and the Fire District shall be known and designated as Fire Zones 1, 2 and 3, and each as shown shall include such territory or portions of such territory as illustrated and outlined on a certain map on file in the office of the City Clerk, being marked and designated as "Fire Zones of the City of Burley, Idaho", which is hereby adopted as the Fire Zoning Map of the City, for the application and regulations included in the Uniform Building Code 1 , 1979 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials. The City Council shall, from time to time, alter such areas marked on the map designated as "Fire Zones of the City of Burley" by duly adopted resolutions of the City Council.
