The Council, at its next meeting following receipt of the Administrator's report, shall consider the Planning and Zoning Commission's findings and comments from concerned persons and agencies to arrive at a decision on the final plat. The Council shall approve, approve conditionally, disapprove or table the final plat for additional information within the thirty (30) days of the date of the regular meeting at which the plat is first considered.
