The uses provided in Section 5-11-1 of this Chapter shall not be changed for any other use without a special permit from the Planning and Zoning Commission. In the event of the abandonment of the use or other change, then in such event no other use shall be made of such property until the same shall be rezoned by the City Council of the City, in accordance with the Statutes of the State then in effect for municipal zoning.
