5-8-2: AREA REQUIREMENTS:

The requirements for area shall conform to the Building Code of the City, except that where permitted uses under R-1 through R-3 Districts are located within C-1 Districts, they shall comply with the area regulations of the respective zoning district. (Ord. 853, 7-2-1973)
