Three (3) stories or forty-five feet (45') maximum, whichever is less, with the height measured at the setback line or back of curb whichever is lower. An additional half foot (0.5') of building elevation may be constructed for each additional foot (1') that all yard minimum requirements are exceeded, with a maximum building height of seventy feet (70').
