3-7-8: TRANSFER OF LICENSE:
No license shall be transferred without written consent from the Mayor as evidenced by an endorsement on the face of the license by the City Clerk showing to whom the license is transferred and the date of the transfer. (Ord. 810, 9-8-1970)
