Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each such violation shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder, and each such individual sale of an article of merchandise shall constitute a separate offense and violation of this chapter and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
