3-1-12: APPEAL FROM DENIAL OF LICENSE:
Any person aggrieved by any action of the city clerk pertaining to this chapter shall have the right to appeal the action or decision to the city council pursuant to the procedures set forth hereafter. (Ord. 1316, 8-18-2015)
