Any person that operates, conducts or engages in any business for which a license is required without first procuring such a license from the city clerk shall be deemed in violation hereof. The first violation shall be punishable as a general infraction and all subsequent violations shall be punishable as general misdemeanors. Each day that such violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 1316, 8-18-2015)
