Any applicant whose application has been denied may submit an additional application specifying corrective action that has been taken with respect to any stated violations of applicable codes, statutes, regulations or laws. The application will then be reviewed again considering the additional information provided. The applicant will not be required to pay an additional application fee if the additional application is submitted within six (6) months of the original application. (Ord. 1316, 8-18-2015)
