3-1-3: LICENSE FEES PAYABLE IN ADVANCE:
License fees are nonrefundable and shall be paid in advance to the city clerk. The uniform charge for each license shall be an amount established by a resolution adopted by the Burley city council. (Ord. 1316, 8-18-2015)
