2-5-2: BOARD CREATED; COMPENSATION:

There is hereby created and established the Burley Tree Board, which shall consist of five (5) members, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. Members of the Board shall serve without compensation. (Ord. 1117, 2-16-1999)
