The Traffic Safety Commission shall hold one regular meeting each month for not less than nine (9) months in any one year. A majority of the appointive members of the Commission shall be necessary to constitute a quorum at any meeting. All meetings shall be open to the public. A written record of the Commission's meetings, resolutions, findings and determinations shall be kept and lodged in the office of the City Clerk, and shall be classed as a public record and open to public inspection.
The Commission may require the attendance at any of its meetings of such officials of the City as it may deem necessary. (Ord. 780, 6-16-1969)
