2-2-3: ORGANIZATION:
The Traffic Safety Commission shall elect its own Chairman and Secretary, and shall create and fill such other offices as it may deem necessary, and shall adopt such rules as it shall deem necessary to carry out its purposes. (Ord. 780, 6-16-1969)
