§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of §§ 72.02 and/or 72.15 through 72.20 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
