§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person or persons, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 70.02 through 70.05, or failing to comply with any of the provisions thereof, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
