§ 32.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 32.01 through 32.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $100.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 32.43(C) and/or (D) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
