(A) Except as this code and/or ordinance otherwise specifically provides, any person or persons, firm, or corporation violating any of its provisions, or failing to comply with any of the provisions thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.

(B) Whenever any person, clerk, servant, agent, or employee of any other person, firm, or corporation shall violate any of the provisions of this code, he or she shall be deemed guilty as a principal and shall be punished as provided in division (A) above.

(C) Each and every violation of the provisions of this code shall constitute a separate offense and may be so charged and prosecuted.
