§ 32.06 QUARANTINE; VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Superintendent of the city’s Board of Health to impose quarantine regulations whenever the same are authorized or justified under the rules and regulations of the state’s Board of Health.

   (B)   Any person having been quarantined by the Board of Health who has violated the quarantine by showing himself or herself in public, upon the streets, or other public places, or has violated such quarantine by leaving the place wherein he or she was directed to keep himself or herself by the Board of Health shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
