§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating §§ 93.01 and/or 93.02 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 for the first violation, and not to exceed $200 for the second violation and for each offense thereafter.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 93.30 and/or 93.31 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
