§ 93.30 FIREWORK SALES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell, or offer for sale or gift, within the city limits or property of the city, without a city and state license and fee for the city license set by the city, any fireworks, firecrackers, torpedoes, roman candles, skyrockets, or any other form or manner of fireworks before the days set by SDCL § 34-37-16.1 .
   (B)   The applicant must disclose and the city approve of the location where the person, firm, or corporation will be selling the fireworks, and have liability insurance satisfactory to the city.
