§ 93.31 DISCHARGING FIREWORKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to discharge within the city limits, or property of the city, any fireworks, firecrackers, torpedoes, roman candles, skyrockets, or any other form or manner of fireworks, except between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. during the periods of time set forth in SDCL § 34-37-16.1 .
