§ 93.01 AIR POLLUTION CONTROL.
   The Air Pollution control regulations for the state adopted by the state’s Air Pollution Control Commission on January 17, 1992, being ARSD Article 74:36 and amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by the city, and copies of said regulation are in place in the office of the City Finance Officer.
