1150.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS.

   For the purpose of this Zoning Code, the City of Bryan is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

   (a)   Residential Districts.

      (1)   R-1 Single-Family Residential District

      (2)   R-2 Traditional Residential District

      (3)   R-3 Multi-Family District

   (b)   Commercial Districts.

      (1)   C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District

      (2)   C-2 General Commercial District

      (3)   C-3 Downtown Business District

   (c)   Industrial Districts.

      (1)   MU Multi-Use District

      (2)   I-1 Light Industrial District

      (3)   I-2 General Industrial District
