234.02 BOOKKEEPER.

There is hereby established the position of Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper shall be under the direction of the Director of Finance and shall perform such duties as are assigned by the Director. The Director shall be responsible for the hiring and dismissal of the Bookkeeper.
