§ 150.06 UNSAFE BUILDING FUND.
   The Enforcement Authority in accordance with I.C. 36-7-9 shall establish within its operating budget a fund designated as the Unsafe Building Fund. Said fluid shall be administrated in accordance with I.C. 36-7-9.
