(A) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 150.15 through 150.25 or §§ 150.55 through 150.62 may be fined in an amount not to exceed twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500) for each day the violation continues.

(B) A violation of §§ 150.35 through 150.41 constitutes an offense punishable by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) per day; and each day of violation shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
