716.03 ANNUAL LICENSE FEE EXEMPTIONS.

Any person or entity who is required to obtain a special license pursuant to Sections 713.01, 718.01, 721.02, 723.02, 725.03, 726.02, 745.01, 753.01 and all other persons exempted by law is hereby exempted from the payment of a license fee as required by this chapter.
