Every member of the Auxiliary Police Unit must, within six months of his or her appointment, reside within fifteen miles of any boundary of the City for the duration of his or her appointment. The Auxiliary Police Unit members may not be under the age of twenty-one years at the time of their appointment and shall comply with such other requirements as provided by the rules and regulations specified in Section 142.03.
