The speed limits on the highways of this town are as follows:
(A) Twenty-five miles per hour on highways in business or residential districts, except on limited access highways with divided roadways, or as otherwise posted; and
(B) Thirty-five miles per hour on other highways, except on limited access highways with divided roadways and in business or residential districts, or as otherwise posted.
