§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating § 71.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (C)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 71.03 shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.

   (D)   Any railroad company, receiver or trustee violating the provisions of § 71.30 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500; provided, however, that the fine may be $100 for each minute beyond the permitted time, but the total fine shall not exceed $500.
