Council, by Ordinance 15-96, passed March 6, 1996, and amended by Ordinance 97-2002, passed October 1, 2002, adopted Personnel Policies for officers and employees of the Village. Copies of such ordinance and of the Policies and all amendments thereof may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk/Treasurer. The Personnel Policy Manual was adopted by Ordinance 77-2012, passed November 13, 2012.
