Part-time employees shall henceforth be classified as part-time, scheduled part-time (Police Secretary and custodian) or seasonal. Scheduled part-time employees shall receive pro-rated sick leave and pro-rated vacation based on the number of hours worked during the last preceding year against a full-time year of 2,080 hours. Holidays will be paid to scheduled part-time and part-time employees on a pro-rated basis if said employees are normally scheduled to work on said day. Said employees shall be paid time and one- half for hours worked on said holiday.
