270.10 FMLA POLICY.

The Mayor and Village Council hereby establish a Family Leave Act Policy (FMLA) and procedures consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, to be adopted by reference as set forth in Exhibit A attached to Ordinance 70-2011, passed November 9, 2011.
