721.01 VENDOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED.

   No person, firm, or corporation shall offer for sale, sell, or distribute any ice cream, frozen cream bars, candy bars, popsicles, or any similar frozen product regardless of trade name, at retail on any street or public ground without first having obtained a vendor's license from the City; provided, however, that any retail store or establishment shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.

721.02 FEE.

   The applicant for an ice cream vendor's license shall file a written application with the Director of Public Safety and shall pay a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each vehicle used for such business. The license required by this chapter shall be obtained after the effective date of this chapter and shall be valid for the balance of the calendar year and may be renewed from year to year.

721.03 HOURS.

      No licensee shall be permitted to sell or distribute his products on the streets of the City between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
