(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 152.01(B) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A). In addition thereto, said person convicted shall be held liable for any and all damage caused to said street, bridge, sidewalk, or culvert by reason of his or her violation of the foregoing provisions.

(D) In the event any individual, firm, corporation, or utility fails to comply with all of the provisions of §§ 152.15 through 152.18, said individual, firm, corporation, or utility shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) for each offense. An offense shall be determined as being committed each day that any digging or breaking of a street, passageway, or sidewalk exists prior to obtaining a permit and paying said deposit, and a separate offense shall be determined as having been committed for each day that any individual, firm, corporation, or utility fails to pay any additional sum necessary to make said repairs after the lapse of 15 days from the date written demand was made for said payment.

(E) In the event any individual, firm, corporation, organization, or utility fails to comply with all the provisions of §§ 152.45 through 152.51, said individual, firm, corporation, organization, or utility shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) for each offense. An offense shall be determined as being committed each day that any digging, breaking ground, or excavating in any public properties of the village exists prior to obtaining a permit and paying said deposit. A separate offense shall be determined as having been committed for each day that any individual, firm, corporation, organization, or utility fails to pay any additional sum necessary to make said repairs after the lapse of 15 days from the date written demand has been made for payment.
