§ 152.02 DEPOSITS OR OBSTRUCTIONS ON STREETS AND PUBLIC.
   (A)   Deposits on streets. No person in the village shall deposit or dump any grass, leaves, branches, garbage, or other refuse upon any street, sidewalk, or public place except in proper containers as provided by ordinance for garbage pickup.
   (B)   Placing dangerous materials on streets. No person shall place, throw, or deposit any glass, nails, tacks, or similar articles on any street, sidewalk, alley, or other public place in the village.
   (C)   Using streets for commercial purposes. No person in the village shall set up any stand, booth, or other structure or park any truck or other vehicle in any street or alley for the purpose of selling or displaying for sale any goods, wares, or other merchandise.
   (D)   Playing in streets. No person shall play any game or amusement or allow their children to play any game or amusement in any public street in the village, except small children may be allowed to play upon sidewalks in residential areas.
   (E)   Obstructing travel. No person in the village shall willfully hinder, obstruct, or delay another person in lawfully driving, walking, or traveling along or upon a street or a sidewalk.
   (F)   Burning on public streets and rights-of-way. No person in the village shall burn, or cause to be burned, any materials on the public streets, alleyways, or public rights-of-way of the village.
