§ 152.51 PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES; NOTICE.
   Any additional sum demanded shall be paid within 15 days from the date of written notice or said individual, firm, corporation, organization, or utility so violating this chapter shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 152.99.
