§ 92.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Any person found to be in violation of §§ 92.001 through 92.007, 92.020 through 92.022 and 92.035 through 92.056 of this chapter may be evicted immediately from the public park, playground or recreational facility.

      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any person to remain in and/or return to any public park, playground or recreational facility after such person has been given direction from authorized city personnel to leave such public park, playground or recreational facility.

      (3)   The violation of any of provision of §§ 92.001 through 92.007, 92.020 through 92.022 and 92.035 through 92.056 of this chapter shall constitute a Class C misdemeanor.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 92.070 through 92.076 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. In addition to the violation set forth herein, the City Attorney may institute civil actions to abate a public nuisance under §§ 92.070 through 92.076 of this chapter.
