§ 92.035 STORM WATER AND FLOOD DETENTION BASIN.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to enter into a storm water or flood detention basin when there is water present in it. For purposes of this section, STORM WATER AND FLOOD DETENTION BASIN shall mean those structures and improvements designed and maintained for the purpose of temporarily controlling storm and flood water run-off.
