(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In the alternative to the remedy set out in § 150.01(E) of this chapter, the property owner may be cited for a Class C infraction after notice of noncompliance is given as provided in § 150.01(D) of this chapter and the property remains in noncompliance after the 30-day waiting period.
