§ 73.023 USE IN MISDEMEANOR OR FELONY OFFENSES.
   Use of a golf cart, as defined in § 73.015 of this chapter, in the commission of any misdemeanor or felony offense shall result in a suspension of the golf cart’s registration by resolution of the Town Council, subject to the procedures described in § 73.999 of this chapter.

§ 73.024 EXEMPTIONS.
   The Town Council may exempt certain golf carts or off-road vehicles from this subchapter in favor of town vehicles operated by town employees for use on town business, as determined by the Town Council, and vehicles owned by the town’s public schools operated by school employees for use on school business, as requested by the Superintendent of the Public Schools.
