(A) There are adopted by the Council, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, those codes known as the Ohio Fire Code 2007 and the Ohio Building Code 2007. The Council further adopts any future revisions or amendments to the codes and incorporates the codes by reference as though fully rewritten herein. These regulations shall take effect upon adoption by this Council.
(B) The code herein adopted shall be enforced by the Chief of the Fire Division, the city fire inspector, or their authorized representative.
