No person shall carry on the business of a bakery, nor sell at retail: meat, produce, dry groceries, dairy products, frozen foods or any other food products without a permit issued by the Division of Health Inspections, Inspectional Services Department under the authority of the commonwealth’s Sanitary Code.

Caterers who provide catering services to functions within the city and whose establishments are not licensed by the Division of Health Inspections, Inspectional Services Department but who are required to register with the Division of Health Inspections, Inspectional Services Department pursuant to the commonwealth’s Sanitary Code, must have a permit from the Division of Health Inspections, Inspectional Services Department for each function for which a registration is so required by said Code.
