§ 115.164 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this subchapter for any establishment as defined in § 115.160 of this chapter to fail to provide for storage of waste, refuse and garbage in containers as described in § 115.161 of this chapter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this subchapter for any establishment as defined in § 115.160 of this chapter to fail to provide for disposal of waste, refuse and garbage at such intervals as are required and necessary to prevent accumulation in the manner described in § 115.162 of this chapter.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this subchapter for any establishment as defined in § 115.160 of this chapter to allow waste, refuse or garbage to be stored on top of or outside of a container or containers which are used for storage of waste, refuse or garbage prior to its disposal.
   (D)   It shall also be unlawful and a violation of this subchapter for any establishment as defined in § 115.160 of this chapter to fail to keep a top or cover of the storage container closed at all times.
