SPARRING; BOXING OR WRESTLING MATCHES
§ 113.125 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS APPROVED.
   The issuance of permits and licenses by the State Athletic Commission for such boxing, sparring or wrestling matches and exhibitions is hereby approved.

§ 113.126 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT OR LICENSE.
   Any person desiring to receive a permit or license to hold within the city any sparring, boxing or wrestling match or exhibition shall make application to the City Clerk for such permit or license and shall agree to pay to the city 3% of the gross receipts derived from the sale of admission tickets to the match or exhibition and shall state in the application the time and place where the match or exhibition will be held.

§ 113.127 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT OR LICENSE.
   Upon giving the information required in such application and agreeing to pay such percent, the City Clerk shall issue to the applicant a permit or license to conduct the match or exhibition.

THEATERS
§ 113.140 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall operate or conduct a motion picture theater or any other theater within the city limits without having obtained a license.

§ 113.141 LICENSE FEE.
   The license fee for every motion picture theater in the city with a seating capacity of 500 or more persons shall be $350 per annum. Where seating capacity is less than 500 persons, the license fee shall be $200 per annum. Every license issued hereunder shall expire on the April 30 next following its issuance.
