§ 113.061 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   (A)   Any person desiring to operate a miniature golf course within the city shall make application to the City Clerk for a license for operation. The applicant shall state in the application the name of the owner of the golf course, its location and any other information desired by the City Clerk, and shall agree to abide by all the proper rules and regulations made by the Police Department or by the governmental body of the city.
   (B)   Upon the payment of the fee and the proper signing of the application, the City Clerk shall issue to the applicant a license permitting the operation of a golf course.

§ 113.062 LICENSE FEE.
   The fee to be paid for a license shall be $50 per year, and all licenses shall expire on April 30 of each year, and the charge for any license issued for less than one year shall be reduced pro rata.

§ 113.063 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   No tickets permitting any person to play on such golf course shall be sold or given away between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 9:30 a.m.
   (B)   No persons shall be permitted to play on such course from 11:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

§ 113.064 AUTOMOBILE PARKING.
   The parking of automobiles and other vehicles in or near a golf course shall be subject to regulation by the Police Department of the city.

§ 113.065 PROFANE LANGUAGE NOT TO BE USED.
   No boisterous, profane or obscene language shall be permitted on or about such golf course.

§ 113.066 REVOCATION.
   Any license issued for the operation of such golf course may be revoked for good cause shown by the Mayor of the city with the consent of the City Council.
