BILLIARD AND POOL TABLES, BOWLING
ALLEYS AND SHOOTING GALLERIES
§ 113.001 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall have or keep for such person’s profit, within the limits of the city, any billiard or pool table, bowling alley or shooting galleries, without obtaining a license. However, nothing herein contained shall be construed as requiring a license for persons keeping or owning billiard and pool tables, bowling alleys or shooting galleries without charging for their use.

§ 113.002 APPLICATION.
   All applications for licenses shall be submitted to the Mayor and City Council. When ordered by the City Council, the license shall be issued by the City Clerk and attested by the city seal. No license shall extend beyond the municipal year in which it is issued.

§ 113.003 FEES.
   All persons applying for a license shall pay to the City Collector, prior to the time of obtaining the license, the following fees, payable each quarter year in advance:
   (A)   For billiard tables: $15 per year for each table;
   (B)   For pool tables: $15 per year for each table;
   (C)   For pin and bowling alleys: $20 per year for each alley; and
   (D)   For shooting galleries or places for target practice: $100 per year.

§ 113.004 HOURS OF CLOSING.
   All billiard or pool rooms, pin and bowling alleys and shooting galleries or places of target practice in the city shall close from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.

§ 113.005 PLACE OF OPERATION.
   (A)   The license shall confer upon the licensee the right to charge for hire billiard and pool tables, bowling alleys and shooting galleries and places for target practice upon the premises designated in the license.
   (B)   The licensee shall conduct the licensed business at the place indicated, and at no other place, except upon permission granted by the City Council.

§ 113.006 MINORS PROHIBITED WHERE LIQUOR SOLD.
   No keeper of any billiard or pool table, bowling alley or shooting gallery or place of target practice in the city where intoxicating liquors are sold shall allow any minor to frequent, loiter about, remain in the premises or play at any game or amusement in the place unless actually employed therein.
