GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 30.01 MEETINGS OF CITY COUNCIL.

   (A)   The regular meeting of the City Council shall be held at 7:00 p.m. CST on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each calendar month, except that during December, the City Council shall meet on the second Tuesdays.

   (B)   The regular meeting of the Committee of the Whole of the City Council shall be held at 6:00 p.m. CST during the week immediately following the first regular City Council meeting of each calendar month on a Thursday.

   (C)   The Mayor can make reasonable changes to the scheduling of meetings of the City Council without amending the city code to reflect the same.
