(A) The City Council shall appoint an Alderman as the committee liaison for each respective operational area of the city assigned a committee liaison.
(B) Each committee member shall be notified in writing of the committee liaison assignment for which he or she is to serve and shall continue to serve as such liaison until notified in writing to the contrary.
